Missing git tag for 0.26.4, 0.27.0-rc4

The most recent stable rust-s3 release on crates.io is 0.26.4.

However, there is no git tag for 0.26.4 so it's not clear what code is in that release.

Could you please tag releases in git when publishing?

0.27.0-rc4 is also missing a git tag.
