Deprecate ElasticSearch support

Although the use of ElasticSearch is very flexible, faster, and cheaper than Athena for people that already have it, it is not popular and it would be better to focus on Athena support.

This deprecation is going to involve not only removing any mention of ElasticSearch from the docs, but also the code, as I won't be supporting ElasticSearch anymore.
