nonfree license?

hi Duncan, this clause in the license is blocking our use of this library: https://github.com/duncantl/RJSONIO/blob/master/src/JSON_parser.c#L18 is this code even used? it seems to have been replaced by the libjson subdirectory that has a good license, but I am just looking at the code....
