Amazon importer does not import

As noted in the README, the Amazon script isn't being maintained. This is a duplicate of #2, which has some notes on why @dufferzafar stopped maintaining it. That issue was closed, but IMO we could keep this one open until either someone fixes it or we just remove it completely.
