Edge: Missing changes indication after uploading bookmarks from other browsers

It would be a nice enhancement if you could implement a warning notification when a change occurred from the gist file while the user is on the browser which hasn't fetched its local bookmarks. Since I have a separate workspace, it's common for me to change between browsers to do things other than my work.

I would like to add that this feature is only missing from the Microsoft Edge browser. I recently checked the other browsers, and they appear to work consistently.
