Sorts all numbers into the # placeholder group.

Steps to test this PR

  • [x] Edit a credential to have its title start with a number; verify it appears in the # placeholder section
  • [x] Edit another to have its title start with a different number; verify it appears in the placeholder section
  • [x] Verify within the placeholder, they are sorted numerically
  • [x] Repeat for starting a domain with a number instead of a title
