Tales in the Valley Website is showing up as gibberish

Hi, so I used web to epub to download a story from tales in the valley website, and the output showed up really gibberish, I tried using the clean chrysanthemum garden button and that did not work. I searched this webpage as well and I noticed there was nothing said on the issue, I'm wondering is there any way to fix it?
