WebToEpub Enhance 403 error from patreon.

Describe the bug wanted to epub the following (2) books from RR https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/104724/wishlist-wizard-the-rise-of-the-zero-hero-isekai

after the choise of the correct chapters, when i click on pack epub an error occures. another RR contend works good, but this not, any idea why and how to rip it?

@sonkite225 if you "Open URL for Captcha" and there is the message "Expired URL" this means that the author included pictures which he uploaded on patreon and these pictures are no longer available. They post in which he uploaded them could be delete etc.

I changed your issue to an enhancement request to catch the wrong http 403 error code from patreon.

@sonkite225 you can just click "Skip". This skips the image. Should this happen a lot on a novel you can click "Block Website for future requests" this will block all future images from patreon in the novel. (The option is there i think for exactly this problem an author that has a lot of broken image links in his story and the server responds with the wrong error code.)

edit: for this specific story it is just 3 skips.
