Same issue happening here. Sometimes, after using the computer for a while, SlowQuitApps stops working so when I press CMD + Q the countdown doesn't show. As @wayne0zhang said I need to go into the Activity Monitor and kill the process for it to work again.

I have experienced exactly the same issue on a few occasions. Countdown doesn't display on CMD+Q, even though process shows as running in Activity Monitor; upon quitting the process and restarting the app, countdown once again displays correctly on CMD+Q.

I've just realized that this issue is the same as #73 opened by @KurumiSerori. These two issues should be merged; however, I don't know how to do so.

@dteoh, have you had a chance to look into this case at all?

Thanks!
