Openlib not working as libgen and anna's archive are country wide blocked by internet providers to protect rightsof authors

Would it be possible to use a tor connecyion to bypass any country wide blocking of anna's archive and libgen? Via configuration and by installing the tor browser or via Tor connection deamon..?

Then VPN is not required.

it would be easier to just scrap some free proxies and tries to use them with retry logic until it finds working one, thats what i would do that also can increase the search or any url calls time

Often, these countrywide internet provider blocks are just applied on a DNS Server level. In that case, one could just change the DNS Server on the device, and not need a VPN / Proxy / Tor connection.
