Investigate rethinkDB as the Hermes Backend

Let's figure out if there is an advantage to staying with SQLAlchemy and MySQL, or better to migrate over to RethinkDB. Should we also migrate to Django during this (if so, someone will need to help with this programming effort).

The goal of migration to RethinkDB is to leverage the ability to share the events system with No-Touch.
