An optimized implementation of librsync in pure Rust.
It's not obvious how to choose good parameters for `SignatureOptions`. The docs do nicely explain what kind of effect the parameters have, but they don't make it easy to choose...
Please implement this, loading files bigger than my current ram pool is impossible due to the current implementation. If possible i can perform this implementation and perform a PR.
benches not added since i personally don't care much how fast it is, just that its compatible. I'll add benches if anyone cares enough before merge.
