How to use specific proxy (not system proxy)?

windows binary v3.0 I am sitting behind a firewall and complex proxy-configuration, which is blocking dropbox.com. A local proxy on my machine enables access to dropbox.com.

=> how can I force dbxcli, to use this specific proxy?
