Update connected account dropdown

The current one is lifeless and odd. Feels like it's a big structure for something that has nothing in it. I think the "tiny links" would be totally fine as big buttons here, nothing to hide (usually the reason for tiny links). And it's standard to click your avatar to go to your profile. and moving the disconnect (sign out button) to the bottom also feels standard. just all feels cleaner.

Those small links should probably be in every page's footer. If they remain in this menu you can only access them when connecting a wallet.

For account menu I'd suggest:

• "myens.eth"
• Settings (+ remove icon from header)
• Help
• Disconnect wallet

Could also move "Privacy, Disclaimer, and Access" to the settings page. I think those are the most annoying parts of this dropdown for me.
