Update uni_links to app_links

Uni Links is deprecated and not maininted anymore, we should switch to app_links.

Hey @dreampowder I have also updated to flutter_web_auth_2, this is a breaking change but flutter_web_auth is no longer maintined and causes issues on gradle 8+

Devs need to follow the guide on flutter_web_auth_2 to upgrade from flutter_web_auth, it is quite straight forward
