df-docker_web exits immediately

I don't actually know enough about docker to find any better debug info. The Redis & mysql containers seem fine. Also, I was a bit confused on step five. Could you clarify If I'm supposed to edit etc/hosts on one of the containers, or locally? Will it work if I do system32/driver/etc/hosts on windows?
