Custom colour for text in chat

To aid in identification and to add an element of personalization, a user requested that it be possible to specify the colour of the text that they entered. This feature is one commonly available on e.g. LiveStream. (I always have green text. :-)

A good way to implement this would be for the chat to take on the username's color, and increase its lightness, resulting in chat that is almost white with a tint of the username color.
