Simplify installation

I was challenged to setup the Dracula theme on a windows machine without using the ColorTool. I did some digging into the registry settings for the Powershell and CMD colors and created two .reg files to activate the Dracula theme or restore the default colors. This could potentially replace the whole dist directory and makes the setup process more transparent (IMHO).
