Preview does not look the same as saved image

Hi, possibly this is a question rather than an issue, but when I view an image on screen, it looks like the first attachment (screenshot of vector camera) but after I take the photo it changes to something with a lot more artifacts (second attachment screenshot of image saved). Is there any way to get an image saved the same as the preview? TIA
