Thanks for making this excellent game!

Please consider an option to make the whole game slower, eg by slowing time in the physics engine or having the objects add less momentum, to allow kids who are unfamiliar with these kind of games to learn and enjoy them.

I'd suggest adding Kids Mode (lock screen, slow...), something similar to Baby Dots.

It could be good as an accessibility option for older or disabled people, too.
