Adapt ap to be used directly from IPFS

I changed all urls so the app can be used from:

http://localhost:8080/ipfs/QmRKo9RAwrRj74sUCKWZH4RLkJMueBUBqrUAPt1RPPXdja/

The only thing that isn't working is uploading due to a CORS issue.
