run.sh only works on mac

On Linux I get the following error:

./run.sh: line 12: /path/to/hello-atom/build/atom-shell/Atom.app/Contents/MacOS/Atom: No such file or directory

There should be seperate cases according to https://github.com/atom/atom-shell/blob/master/docs/tutorial/quick-start.md#run-your-app
