in my first assignment it is showing the gradle version is not supported

There's not much useful information to go on here, but I recommend you start by upgrading your gradle to match what the project is expecting.

Sorry sir, but.. It is saying my gradle version minimum supported is 6.1.1 And the file which is given in that zip, its gradle version is 5.6.4 Now what to do sir?

Again, I don't really have enough info to help you out, but my recommendation would be to upgrade the version of gradle in that project to match what's on your machine..

You simply have to connect internet while using it for very first time and then you have to click on button just left of run button and select on open ADK option amd select the emulator for your android and let hi completely download. Hope this will help you
