Missing Control Styles in Windows 11 Themes

Description

The following controls does not have any styles defined for Windows 11.

  • [x] ContentControl
  • [x] Bold
  • [x] Italic
  • [x] Underline
  • [x] Paragraph
  • [x] Floater
  • [x] GroupItem
  • [x] HeaderedContentControl
  • [x] List
  • [x] Control
  • [x] TextBoxBase
  • [x] Border ( not needed )
  • [x] ButtonBase

Reproduction Steps

NA

Expected behavior

When loading only windows 11 theme, the controls should have defined styles.

Actual behavior

When loading only windows 11 theme, the controls won't have any defined styles.

Impact

When the default loading theme is changed to always load Windows 11 theme, the mentioned controls won't have any styles defined.

I don't see ListView's GridView on here. That is basically another control style by itself.
