Severe Razor Page Performance Issues

Describe the bug: Editing a razor page results in high CPU usage and slowdown. This happens on multiple computers and on multiple projects. Please see the below video. It was too large to embed directly. https://vimeo.com/741408596

Version used: VS2022 17.3.1

To reproduce: Edit a razor page.

Expected behavior: Making simple edits in a razor page should not take up all available CPU and cause the IDE performance to degrade.

Actual behavior: Editing a razor page causes the CPU to spike to unacceptable levels.

Additional context: This started relatively recently within the past month I think.
