Command ‘Polyglot Notebook: Create default notebook' resulted in an error

Describe the bug

Upgraded to the latest Polyglot extension.

I used Polyglot Notebook: Create default notebook. It then prompted for me to upgrade to .net sdk 7, which I had so I upgraded to v8.

Rebooted, tried again:

It does show:

And hangs.
