Xamarin Android templates are broken

VS17.2.3 is unable to create new F# Xamarin Android projects. All 3 throw null reference exception when tried.

Repro steps

Try any of these 3 templates. image

Expected behavior

A new project is created successfully.

Actual behavior

Known workarounds

Use Fabulous templates instead. Why not just make them official?

We don't host those IIRC, it's better to report them via VS internal mechanism.
