Description

I know you people are extra busy dealing with the community, not to be critical on this issue, but just leaving a note after encountering it. Many thanks to the team for bringing such a great database ORM to the world

When visiting the learn documentation today, saw the ToC showing The plan for EF Core 9.0 and clicked in trying to gain some insight.

From the commit history the ToC is added since last December 42af68921bb7ac572bda5425f88f3d637cad9f06, while issue #4681 is still in open state, but the page is still showing "Coming soon", which is not quite useful so to speak. This wasn't the case for EF 6, 7 and 8.

Not sure if it is already somewhere ready or almost ready but not pushed to the repo yet, but while I see the whatsnew page keeps on being updated, the plan page seems to lack any type of activity for the time being. Leaving 5 months away from releasing and having planned to have a plan page a few months ago. The closer getting to the release date, the less useful the plan page seems to become. Or maybe taking off the plan page link from ToC could cause less confusion.
