Another window titled "DDE Server Window" pop up

image This issue only happens when ctrl+` starts up a new windows terminal process, after closing the "DDE Server Window", then everything works as usual.
The Windows Terminal version is 1.6.10571.0 Do you have any idea about what is the window is and how to fix this issue?
