When you click a pinned note on notification, Show Notification Actions is reset.

"Show Notification Actions" attribute, checked box gets reset each time you click on note from notification bar.

It should persist/remember if it was already set. Reproduce: Set checkbox, and click Pin: Click on pinned note from notification bar, It is reset:
