Enhance CSV Export with Date Range Filters (create_date and mod_date)

User Story
When exporting large datasets of a content type with no specific date field included and looking only for data of recent days/months, it's difficult as we don't have any filtering available.
Having the feature to support filtering by create_date and mod_date helps. The backend logic seems to be already in place, but the UI lacks the selectors needed to allow users to filter exports.
Add UI elements (selectors) in the content search interface to filter content by create_date and mod_date before export. This will allow users to limit the size of exported datasets and avoid timeouts.
