Push publishing dependecies fails

Problem Statement

• when a component that has related content as dependencies is push published, the related content is not pushed to the receiving endpoint
• this leads to components looking broken or not rendering at all

Steps to Reproduce

• created 2 local endpoints
• added a relationship field to the Banner content type
• created a parent banner to have a relation with a Banner Content
• created a Banner Content child with a relationship field
• related the child to the parent
• created a toBeRelated content type (with just 3 text fields)
• related the toBeRelated to the child
• pushed the parent to localhost results:
• the parent was there
• the child was related
• the toBeRelated in the child was not there
• the problem seems was reproduced locally on 24.04.24_lts

Acceptance Criteria

• all dependencies should be pushed published
• the toBeRelated should be pushed published

dotCMS Version

23.01 lts - customer's version 24.04.24 lts - local instance where the issue was replicated
