incorrect damage for context-dependent moves

Reported by: Nails

The move Nature Power, although technically under the Status (non-damaging) category, does actually do damage based on the current terrain, which differs according to the gen. "Terrain" here doesn't necessarily refer to Electric Terrain, Psychic Terrain, etc. (which was introduced in gen 6).

While seemingly pretty straightforward in gens 6+, more research needs to be done to see how Showdown handles this move in prior gens.

Actually, there are more moves where this becomes an issue:

  • Judgement — typically used by Arceus (e.g., in Gen 8 National Dex AG), while @smogon/calc checks for the held item (e.g., Dread Plate becomes Dark type), activating Dynamax does not change the move to Max Darkness (displays Max Strike as Judgement's base typing is Normal).
    • This bug occurs on calc.ps as well, however, you can change the move to Max Darkness and alter the base power.

From camdawgboi on 2022/11/10:

Such as Aura Wheel, Judgement, Multi-Attack, Natural Gift, Revelation Dance, Techno Blast, Tera Blast, Terrain Pulse, Weather Ball, and Beat Up. No promises for Beat Up tho, as it's quite complex. But I do still remember that one person on Reddit who really wanted us to add this specific feature as they always had to calculate it themselves, and it would be nice to make that dream come true. But their dream could be our nightmare, so we'll have to see!

Update (2023/07/30): A lot of these moves were implemented in v1.1.6, but moves like Natural Gift & Weather Ball still remain.
