Add `DisableIoMapperMapping`

  • [ ] Instructions on when to use it
    • VT-d enabled, DisableIoMapper off
    • More than 16GB RAM
    • DMAR table has Reserved Memory regions
    • Using TB devices, or Aquantia/i225-V/i226-V Ethernet
      • Ventura removes the legacy kext for i225-V/i226-V, and DriverKit requires VT-d
      • You can grab the legacy kext from Monterey and reinject it if you want (make sure to add e1000=0)
  • [ ] Mention in troubleshooting
  • [x] Instructions on patching the DMAR table
