Error in h(simpleError(msg, call))

Dear Dorian,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on chronic stroke segmentation using Linda and have encountered an issue during the skull-stripping process. I am running Ubuntu 18.04 within a VMware environment.

The error message I received is as follows:

(long process) Error in h(simpleError(msg, call)) : error in evaluating the argument 'i' in selecting a method for function '[<-': operations are possible only for numeric, logical or complex types In addition: Warning message: replacing previous import ‘stats::filter’ by ‘dplyr::filter’ when loading ‘ANTsR’

From my investigation, it appears that the error originates from the abpBrainExtraction function.

Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
