Several custom plugins
AFAIU NookMan supports easy integration of a single custom plugin only. If one wants to have two of them he has to modify /custom/menu/custom manually. I suppose it would be very nice to just put folders into \custom for NookMan to build a menu from their names and launch scripts from inside them.
It's a good idea, and it would be pretty simple to add, but AFAIK, the only plugin in existence is the Google Apps patch, which ignores this integration point anyhow. Since we don't have multiple plugins two years after the release I don't think this is a very pressing need.
Of course, if you're writing plugins that target Nook Manager, I'll be happy to accept a patch to add this feature.
Well, I think I'd like to make some plugins for ex. installing CWM or modified kernels or modify framework. Currently I'm deciding whether it could be done as an update ZIP for CWM environment; what I remember doing some stuff for CWM is that it has very poor abilities besides basic mount/copy/delete. If I success, you won't need to change a thing.

Well, the reason could be the inability of using several plugins. As for me, I was really fond of NM, with its capabilities of doing so much useful low-level stuff. I guess it should be pretty simple to convert existing mod-s distibuted as CWM update zips to NM plugins. Moreover, since NM supports wireless they could be downloaded by the user's request from Github right from the NM environment! :)
