The ratio is 90, but it should be 97.5. From the comments, it looks like the computed ratio didn't take into account the correct amount of heavy oil being produced.

Production Bonus not working

Setting the production bonus currently does not work. Setting the speed bonus works fine at the moment using both quota methods, but setting productivity for either method currently changes nothing....
