Doesn't work at all

I get a wall of errors like Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0 in DBFToMySQL/classes/DBFhandler.php on line 130

It's possible i'm not looking at a DBF file - how can i figure it out?

DBF files can be opened with LibreOffice
