sticker and background does not update after reload

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

  1. install sticker or background
  2. reload using @command:workbench.action.reloadWindow
  3. the images do not update
  4. if the program is manually closed and opened again, then the images update, but not after reload

Expected Behavior

Environment

ubuntu linux vscodium installed with apt doki theme 88.1.18

The same problem happens when you are switching settings profiles but to an even worse extent. You have to manually change the filepaths to something random and then back to the desired one, then open and close to get it to update even though the paths are correct.

Yep this is something I've notice too It's not much of a bother to just manually restart the program. But considering the extension feels the need to clutter my screen with that "reload" prompt every time I want to change something, it'd be best if it worked.

it works on vscodium 1.93.1.24256 but is broken in 1.96.0.24347 and after
