Regarding the docs for genesis config, have you checked the section for it in the Dojo Book? https://book.dojoengine.org/toolchain/katana/genesis
I think it would be helpful to have some brief usage examples for things like:
- creating genesis accounts
- deploying contracts & declaring classes
- custom fee token
- ( whatever that make sense )
Have some short explanations and examples on how it'd look like in the genesis config file. Basically the idea is to make sure users know what can be achieved thru the genesis configuration and a accompanying example of how the config file should like to achieve those things.
