PrimerMapper Installed on Mac but empty window

Hi,

I have managed to install Primer Mapper with all the dependencies but when I run '>perl PrimerMapper_driver.pl' I end up with an empty window with no subwindows and so am unable to upload files etc.

Please can you help me.
