Make baselines xml not have to match the node name

Having the node name have to match the baseline.xml causes lack of reusability. Ideally you would want a more genericly named snapshot for, say, all DCs. Then an individual nodes current baseline DSDC01.baseline.xml would be compared to DSDC.baseline.xml (no number in the second XML) so all nodes could be compared to the same baseline.
