Add superagent proxy

Adds the ability to proxy connection requests using the superagent-proxy module via setting the http_proxy environment variable.

hey @wynnfarm we have a branch open for this already: https://github.com/docusign/docusign-esign-node-client/tree/v5.1.0-Proxy We are working on merging this with the main branch
