How can I completely migrate the installed Windows and the programs it contains?

I have installed Dockur/Windows in the testing environment and also installed the necessary software on Windows. Can I directly migrate this entire setup to the production environment? If so, how should I proceed?

What is the specific command? I tried to reproduce it in a window environment and luckily generated data.img, but it didn't work when I tried again
