windows | If you're running a guest on an Intel machine without unrestricted mode
windows | support, the failure can be most likely due to the guest entering an invalid
windows | state for Intel VT. For example, the guest maybe running in big real mode
windows | which is not supported on less recent Intel processors.

Looks like some problem with your CPU. Try with this added in your compose file:

environment:
  HV: "N"
  BOOT_MODE: "windows_plain"

It seems like if I keep the RDP connected, the system won't crash, but if I disconnect the RDP, the system will crash after some minutes or hours.
