Handle snyk.json on WSL2

As a Windows user authenticated on snyk on Windows side, I want my authentication to be detected by docker-scan on a WSL2 distro, So I don't have to re-authenticate.

@nebuk89 I know Desktop does some config sync, this should likely fall into that as well. Who's best to get help with this?
