Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? To make it easier to download, and users did not have to think about updates. Also, the built-in update in the application itself takes a very long time to download, and then when you click "Update" it responds with a long delay.
Are you currently working around the issue? Auto-update in the application, perhaps.
Additional context With the release of Windows 11, it became possible to submit traditional desktop apps (Win32) in the Microsoft Store, not just UWP - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-store/desktop-apps/.
Thanks for your idea! This is something we might consider in the future.
