Expose registry usage information in Hub UI or API
Tell us about your request I would like a user-friendly way to view registry usage (pull volume, storage, etc) information in the UI and via API

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? As a user, I can for example get basic information about my rate limiting status by issuing specific requests, but there isn't a user-friendly way to monitor it in the UI or to query a REST API to automate watching that. This would also be useful for storage and other registry metrics.
Are you currently working around the issue? Currently, users have to guess at where their usage might be going, and what might be causing it. It's hard to pinpoint issues when there's little direct way to access this information and correlate changes with metrics.
