unable to install the containers on Kitematic. Docker tools

I install docker toolbox, virtualbox and kitematic in my windows 10 home edition. Docker is running fine but I am having issues running containers on Ketimatic.

I believe I install everything fine. there is no error when I attempt to open docker or kiematic. however, the containers dont seems to download. They are taking forever to download. It has been 3 hours already and they are still trying to download. I cancel and restart the containers intalation but issue persist. I reboot computer and double ckeck that everything is set up propertly. I am not sure what is wrong.
