Expected behavior

Kitematic should launch without issue

Actual behavior

docker works well Kitematic instantly displays this error message: We couldn't find a native setup - Click the VirtualBox button to use VirtualBox instead or Retry to check again

I installed Docker Toolkit which came with Kitematic. Docker version version 0.16.1, build cce350d7

I had the same issue. I was able to fix it by adding my user to the docker group and rebooting my pc. Here is the link to the docker docs on how to do it. Hope it helps. https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/linux-postinstall/
